Are your products authentic Callaway equipment?
Absolutely! We are an authorized Callaway retailer, and all our products are 100% authentic, coming directly from Callaway’s manufacturing partners.
Do you offer products for junior golfers?
Yes, we have a dedicated “Junior’s” section with clubs and equipment specifically designed for young golfers to help them develop their game.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email address. This will allow you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (average 1.3 days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
How long does order processing take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (before major tournaments), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.
How is my golf equipment packaged for shipping?
We take special care with all shipments. Drivers and woods receive extra protection, apparel is neatly folded and bagged, and we use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive real-time tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
