  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (via EMS)

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium golf products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Golf Club Grips (once installed or removed from packaging)
  • Golf Gloves (if worn or tried on)
  • Golf Tees (opened packages)
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our Golf Club Making Supplies section

Special Considerations for Golf Clubs

Returns of drivers, irons, fairway woods, or hybrids require:

  • No signs of use (grass marks, ball impact, etc.)
  • Original headcover included
  • Grip in pristine condition

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

For size or color exchanges (available for apparel and golf gloves):

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original product
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
